Healing through Talk + Touch
In our 1:1 healing session, you will receive a combination of my original modality, Intuitive Touch, and talk therapy.
Oftentimes, conversations are inspired by reactions you will get from being touched on certain body parts, as our bodies hold memories from the past. This verbal and non-verbal combination creates a natural flow and balance for holistic healing, ultimately guiding you to reach the most authentic version of you.

What is Intuitive Touch?
To put it simply, Intuitive Touch is a silent, visceral conversation between my energy and yours.
As I place my hands on your body, mainly from the root to the crown chakra, I receive downloads about your energy, feelings, and the whereabouts of your journey.
My job is to hold space for you and to act as a mirror. I generate warm sensations in and onto your body and create a deep sense of acceptance. This helps you soften your heart, body, and nervous system. Remember, we flourish when we feel safe and seen.
When you relax and come home into your body, you tap into parts of yourself you’ve neglected for a long time.
Feeling is healing. It’s the most fundamental and crucial step of our healing journeys.
